Control Dynamics was Established in 1978 by group of qualified Engineers at Mumbai as a small scale Industry, The company started there business In Vadodara Gujarat state after converting its ownership as PROPRIETARY Concern by Mr. S.K Khopkar BE Mechanical, (one Of the original group member) in 1st Aug.1984.

After retirement of Mr. S.K Khopkar this company was converted in to PARTNERSHIP Concern in 1st July-2017 By two existing technically experience members –

 We do not have any heavy / Huge Machinery and hence we get the components processed as per our requirements from the vendors with our own dies & tools with / without raw material.
 These components are received in semi finished or finished stages. these incoming components are inspected / tested as per drawings & Q.A. Plan and cleared for further processing to outside source like Machining, electroplating, Painting etc.
 The rejected material is returned to vendor along with inspection report / goods receipt note.
 On receipt of these process components once again are inspected / tested and if found O.K. is sent to the stores.
 The material like hardware, wires, Lugs, Silver Contacts and other components / Equipments like Panel meters, Switches, Push Buttons, Annunciator logic, Lamps, Led's, Resistor, Relays, and so on are purchased in finished stages from vendor.
 These finished components are also inspected / tested as per specifications and Q.A. Procedure and are sent to the stores.
 The components are withdrawn from the stores and are assembled / wired to make the finished product as per the work order / drawings
 During subassembly the stage inspection is done and if found satisfactory is cleared for the further assembly process for finish product.
 This finish product is finally inspected / Tested as per Q.A. plan and the specification & drawing. The rejected product is once again sent to assembly department for necessary rectification. After re inspection / and testing the same finished product is sent for packing.
 On third party inspection this finished product is further inspected & tested by the customer or end customer / consultant if required by them. • E C I L – Hyderabad
